Job Summary
Perform installations, commissioning, and advanced diagnostics for Enphase EVSEs at residential and commercial sites, including repairs, component replacements, and hands-on installation support. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize system performance while adhering to local electrical codes, fire safety standards, and manufacturer specifications. Provide on-site expertise for complex fault diagnosis, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact issues, and document all service activities in internal systems. Travel regularly to customer locations using a provided service vehicle for up to three to five days. Maintain fluency in Norwegian and business English while acting as a trusted ambassador for the company.
Required Qualifications
- Residence in the greater Bergen area
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in solar PV, energy storage, inverters, and preferably EV chargers
- Relevant electrical education (e.g. fagbrev as electrician, Group L, or equivalent technical qualification)
- DSB approval for electrical work
- FSE safety training
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Fluency in Norwegian
- Business level in English
- Strong time management, self-organization, and accurate, punctual reporting
- Clear and professional communication with customers, installers, and internal stakeholders
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support fellow technicians and the wider service team
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer and installer needs
- Act as a trusted Enphase ambassador in all customer-facing interactions
- Travel regularly to customer locations using an Enphase-provided, fully equipped service vehicle, including short-term travel of up to 3–5 days at a time
