Job Summary
Coordinate installation schedules, appointments, and contractor timelines; support dispatching, tracking, and completion of projects; communicate with installers, customers, and contractors to keep projects on track; maintain accurate project notes and records; build relationships with contractors and customers to ensure a seamless installation experience; monitor inventory and assist with staging materials; support loading/unloading of materials; track project performance and assist with KPI reporting; provide cross-functional support and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of customer service or customer support experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Ability to manage multiple projects with accurate records
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, or project tracking software preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems
