Job Summary
Coordinate installation, delivery, and paperwork for the Installation department. Keep management advised on issues with deliveries, material shortages, backorders and customer complaints. Coordinate delivery and installation of products at customer sites. Ensure timely handling of customer complaints and obtain building permits with inspections and sign-offs. Track warranty accounts and handle claims. Requires a high school diploma or GED with at least one year of assembly or clerical experience, or an equivalent education/experience mix. This role involves in-person work at the Punta Gorda, FL location.
