Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, while collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements. Review and modify work orders for accuracy regarding scope, clarity, required dates, and product availability. Contact customers to schedule events, including pre-site visits, deliveries, and installations, and update the Installation Calendar with pertinent job conditions. Track installation numbers by product type and process pre-site notes, exit checklists, change orders, and invoices. Provide formal pricing to customers and serve as the primary point of contact for questions, concerns, and complaints. Write credit memos and sales orders for returns and rescheduled appointments. This role requires prior installation coordinating experience and strong product knowledge, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm. Starting pay is $23/hr or more.
Required Qualifications
- Prior installation coordinating experience
- Ability to apply expert level product and installation knowledge
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with both internal and external customers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Ability to track and record number of installations by product type
- Ability to receive pre-site notes, exit checklist, change orders, pictures and invoices for storage, and processing customer advocacy
- Ability to provide formal and final pricing to customer for services requested
- Ability to serve as point of contact for questions, concerns, and/or complaints
- Ability to write credit memos and sales orders as needed for returns and rescheduled appointments
