Job Summary
Schedule installation projects by contacting customers to confirm appointments, follow up, and manage changes or delays. Coordinate with installers and internal teams to ensure materials are ready for pickup and update all schedules in the system. Re-schedule delayed installs and continuously improve installer resources, processes, and procedures while verifying that all work requirements are understood. This role supports Ampco's strategic sourcing as a partner to global clients, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to handle rush orders in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in setting appointments via phone
- Ability to deal with consistent changes and rush requirements
- Ability to develop a resource strategy to be able to react to rush situations
- Great customer service skills with ability to communicate well orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and ensure follow-up
- General knowledge of the Vancouver and surrounding areas
- Computer skills, preferably all Office type software
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
- Candidates must live in the Greater Vancouver area
- Candidates must be allowed to legally work in Canada
