Job Summary
Install and service March Networks, IP cameras, phones, and access control systems across Florida and South Georgia, troubleshooting issues and escalating problems beyond one hour. Manage job documentation, communicate with customers and dispatch, and maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements. Travel to various customer locations as needed, including overnight stays, and participate in on-call rotations for weekends. Upload photos and test results to complete change orders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years in installation/service of low-voltage systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to use company tech tools and portals
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (internet, mobile devices, email software)
- Physical capability to lift and climb ladders
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Installation and maintenance of low-voltage systems
- Customer service skills
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently
- Computer proficiency (internet, mobile devices, email software)
- Accurate documentation and recordkeeping
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must follow all safety rules and wear proper PPE
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to travel to various customer locations across Florida and South Georgia, including overnight stays as required
