Job Summary
Assist installation and service technicians with system installations, troubleshooting, and documentation while supporting job execution, inventory tracking, and photo uploads. Travel to various customer locations across Florida and South Georgia, including overnight stays as required, and participate in on-call rotations including weekends. Follow technician and supervisor instructions while maintaining safety protocols, wearing proper PPE, and adhering to all safety rules. This entry-level role is designed for motivated individuals with a passion for technology who are coachable and ready to develop technical and customer service skills under supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Entry Level
- Strong interest in electronics or automation
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (internet, mobile devices, email software)
- Must have physical capability to lift and climb ladders
- Must follow all safety rules and wear proper PPE
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Installation and maintenance of low-voltage systems
