Job Summary
Install residential products including sunrooms, porch enclosures, vinyl windows, and exterior doors by driving to customer locations, measuring, cutting, and assembling wood, steel, and replacement materials. Interpret blueprints and sketches while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintain an outstanding customer experience and adhere to safety protocols, including the use of power tools and protective gear. Own a truck capable of towing a half-ton trailer and hold a valid driver's license. Ideally bring 3 to 5 years of carpentry or framing experience, with certification or prior window/door installation serving as an asset. Required Qualifications
- Possess your own truck capable of towing a half-ton trailer
- Must be able to speak English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches
- Ability to measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
- Safety boots
Desired Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of carpentry and/or framing experience
- Willing and eager to learn
- Experience using power tools
- Experience installing Sunrooms or Windows and Doors
- Carpentry certification
- A good attitude
