Job Summary
Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers, then conduct complex measurements for products including shutters upon request. Receive product deliveries at your location, verify condition, and professionally represent Hunter Douglas Retail Network and its retail partners. Resolve installation issues while maintaining excellent customer service and leaving positive impressions. Utilize exceptional communication skills and proven measuring expertise to install custom blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and soft treatments. Maintain liability insurance and applicable state licenses. Work flexible hours with bi-weekly payments and additional business income opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience and proven measuring skills
- Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters
- Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments
- Leaves positive and lasting impressions
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website
- Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance
- Possess all applicable state and local licenses
