Job Summary
Install Technician responsible for scheduling and coordinating installation appointments, conducting precise measurements for window coverings including shutters, verifying product receipt, representing HD RLN professionally, and resolving issues while delivering excellent customer service. Requires extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas window treatments, drapery, and soft coverings; strong communication, measurement, and organizational skills; willingness to obtain liability insurance and state/local licenses; daily in-field installations with bi-weekly compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters
- Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website
- Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance
- Possess all applicable state and local licenses
