Job Summary
Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers, conducting complex measurements for products like shutters when requested. Receive and verify product condition at your location, then professionally represent HD RLN and retail partners while resolving issues to ensure excellent customer service. Perform installations for Hunter Douglas blinds, shades, shutters, and soft treatments using proven measuring skills and exceptional communication. Maintain liability insurance and applicable state licenses. Bi-weekly payments and flexibility to own your schedule are available.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience and proven measuring skills
- Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters
- Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments
- Leaves positive and lasting impressions
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website
- Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance
- Possess all applicable state and local licenses
