Job Summary
Schedule and coordinate installation appointments for custom window treatments, including shutters, while conducting complex measurements at customer sites. Receive and verify product deliveries, then professionally represent Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network and retail partners by resolving issues and delivering excellent customer service. Maintain exceptional communication skills and organizational abilities while possessing or obtaining necessary liability insurance and applicable state licenses. Work with experienced support staff and product experts to ensure high-quality installations across the U.S. and Canada, offering flexibility to own your own schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience and proven measuring skills
- Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters
- Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments
- Leaves positive and lasting impressions
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website
- Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance
- Possess all applicable state and local licenses
