Job Summary
Experienced custom window treatment Installer needed to schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers, perform complex measurements for shutters and other window coverings, receive product at the installation site and verify condition, professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners, and resolve issues while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities emphasize measuring, installation of Hunter Douglas blinds/shades/shutters and drapery, client-facing service, and coordination of the installation process with support from installation and product teams. Licensure requirements, liability insurance, and basic computer skills are required. The role offers flexible scheduling and bi-weekly payments and aligns with an in-home design and installation service for retailers in North America.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience and proven measuring skills
- Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters
- Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments
- Leaves positive and lasting impressions
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website
- Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance
- Possess all applicable state and local licenses
