Job Summary
Install Technician Apprentice to support HVAC installation teams with residential and commercial system installations. Involves learning to read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions, handling materials and tools safely, performing basic assembly and commissioning tasks under supervision, observing system start-ups and testing, maintaining safe job sites, and providing excellent customer service. Entry-level role with hands-on training, mentorship, and career development toward becoming a skilled installer; requires willingness to learn, basic math/measurement skills, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of technical school or trade program preferred
- OSHA safety training or basic certification preferred
