Install Technician- Air Compressor Division

Job Summary
Install Technicians are responsible for installing/modifying compressed air piping and components, performing mechanical and electrical installation tasks, and delivering emergency/unscheduled repairs of compressed air systems. They read manuals and schematics to install or modify systems, perform basic mathematical calculations, use hand and power tools and meters, identify faulty components, and report issues to the Install Manager. Must adhere to safety regulations, maintain clean job sites and company vehicles, and be able to drive to job sites with possible overnight travel. May perform welding, towing of trailers or portable air compressors, and work in non-climate-controlled environments; capable of handling physical requirements including standing, sitting in a vehicle, bending, lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally. The role favors experience with listed compressor brands and the ability to interpret schematics, read technical drawings, and operate tools effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent (GED)
- 5 to 7 years of related work experience or training or equivalent combination of both education and experience
- Motor Vehicle Record must be in good standing and comply with Company policy
- Experience on Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, Quincy, Kaeser, Sullair, Gardner Denver, Kobelco, Boge, Kaishan compressors are a plus
