Job Summary
Seeking an Install Technician with hands-on AVL system installation experience, exceptional communication, and project management skills for a faith-based non-profit organization. Role involves installing equipment, leading teams, and managing project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of professional AVL systems, terminology, and commonly used components
- Proficiency in AVL signal flow and routing
- Understanding of proper installation techniques
- Knowledge of correct cabling necessary for AV
- Fundamental understanding of termination methods and procedures for all cabling connections related to AVL installs
- Ability to solder communication terminations
- Basic understanding of the sales order process and required parts
- Ability to test and ensure functionality of equipment
- Excellent communication skills with leadership, coworkers, and clients
- Willingness to undergo mandatory industry safety or manufacturer training
- Experience operating company vehicles, articulating boom lifts, scissor lifts safely
