Install Tech

Install Techs work alongside experienced crew leaders to install windows and doors. Responsibilities include preparing and protecting job sites, assisting with the removal and installation of windows and doors, supporting carpentry work (shimming, flashing, insulation, caulking, trim), ensuring installations are level, square, plumb, and weather-tight, staging materials and tools, keeping job sites clean and organized, and working with the crew to complete installations safely and on schedule. You will be trained on Woodland’s installation standards and methods. Pre-employment includes a post-offer drug screen and background check; valid driver’s license required. Strong emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and quality workmanship.
