INSTALL TECH LEAD

Execute residential HVAC installations with precision, measuring ductwork accurately and handling related tasks while adhering to company standards. Lead and mentor installation helpers to ensure high standards and efficiency, and maintain accurate project records and documentation. Serve as a key contact for customers, offering expert advice, addressing questions, and fostering trust throughout each job. Collaborate with your team to meet project timelines and quality expectations while ensuring tools, vehicles, and equipment remain well-maintained. This role requires 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, EPA certification, and the physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs.
