Job Summary
Assist Field Gutter Manager with daily gutter and gutter protection installations at customer locations, completing full onsite installations and fabricating gutters using provided equipment in varying field conditions. Travel assigned territory to ensure jobs are installed daily, following established training processes and OSHA safety guidelines while ascending and descending ladders. Provide quality installation services and excellent customer service, adhering to company safety policies and performing other duties as assigned by supervisor. Occasional overnight travel required; additional hours may be needed dependent on business need.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of successful in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation
- Must hold active and valid drivers license and be able to operate a box truck safely
- Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection
- Ability to provide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone, email, and social media avenues
- Ability to communicate effectively, to recognize, understand, and manage one's own emotions as well as others, and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Holding oneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing business goals, adhering to policies and being responsible for one's own actions, performance, and decisions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds of force frequently
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds of force constantly
- Must be available for occasional overnight travel
- Must be available for additional hours dependent on business need
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, and/or inspection
