Job Summary
Install Support Tech (IST) provides technical support at brick-and-mortar, mobile, or on-site locations. Responsibilities include preparing orders, stocking shelves, transporting vehicles to the dealership, keeping the shop organized, assisting with day-to-day tasks, assisting with monthly inventory, performing final vehicle inspections and bubble checks, and porter duties as needed. Requires high school diploma or GED, 18+ with 2 years driving experience, 3+ years related work experience, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, insurability per policy, ability to drive high-end vehicles, and unrestricted work authorization in Japan.
Required Qualifications

- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
- Unrestricted work authorization in the Japan
