Job Summary
Coordinate workflows between multiple partners and Saks facilities, negotiating trades to ensure productivity during shifts. Ensure overall safety and professionalism of the crew while mediating conflicts among trades as needed. Record daily shift details for the Executive Show Producer, including crew size, start/finish times, and supply needs. Track project milestones via Gantt Chart and run triage on priority issues, including rigging, electrical, and lighting failures. Interface with clients and facilities teams on location, producing overall summaries of day-to-day operations. Manage onsite truck equipment and communicate upcoming staging changes.

- Must be onsite for installation and takedown overnights, 6 - 7 days per week
- Shifts start at 9:30 PM and typically end around 6:00 AM
- Potential overtime required (including weekends)
- Must be available for service calls overnight
- Must have firm commitment for the entirety of the project
