Install Supervisor - Entry Door

Manage day-to-day operations of the entry door install department by planning schedules to meet daily customer commitments and reviewing workload to ensure cost-effective execution. Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget, and to customer satisfaction while reviewing monthly financial reports to develop action plans. Improve individual performance through regular reviews and assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction levels exceed expectations and respond to survey data. Requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to handle technical applications.
