Job Summary
Coordinate HVAC installation scheduling and follow through from post-sale through installation; review and propose in Service Titan; coordinate with warehouse/field teams; pull permits; ensure compliance with local codes; communicate with customers; monitor progress; coordinate inspections and job close-out; follow up and try to close unsold proposals. Key skills include Service Titan proficiency (scheduling, dispatch, job tracking), strong communication and customer service, organization and attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving and teamwork; some sales skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or coordination role
- Experience with Service Titan or similar software (Required/Preferred)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems (Required/Preferred)
- Experience with permits and inspections
