Install Punchout Tech - (Windows & Doors)

Punch Out Technician responsible for completing final service and minor repairs on installed Pella windows and doors in occupied residential and light commercial settings. Core duties include window/door alignment, sash and panel adjustments, hardware adjustments or replacements, weatherstripping repairs, minor glass/screen/trim corrections, distinguishing warranty vs. non-warranty issues, documenting findings, and communicating with homeowners, builders, and site supervisors. Maintains safety and quality standards, completes service tickets and reports, and coordinates with service managers for scheduling and parts. Requires strong mechanical/troubleshooting skills, ability to read installation guides and technical documents, high attention to detail, professional customer-service demeanor, independent work capability, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders.
