Install Production Specialist Insulation (Piece Rate)

Install insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other company products according to work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Review daily schedules, ensure trucks are loaded with materials and tools, complete vehicle and job site inspections, safely unload and stage materials, and report safety, customer, or quality concerns. Perform warehouse-related duties as required. This piece-rate role involves local and out-of-town travel to job sites with physical demands including prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and repetitive motions.
