Job Summary
Lead and manage the installation team, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration systems for residential and commercial properties. Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues while ensuring the crew completes 1-2 installations daily to the highest standards of quality and safety. Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance, and train junior team members to foster a collaborative environment. Enforce all safety protocols and provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns. Requires minimum 10 years of plumbing experience with at least 5 years in management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of plumbing experience
- At least 5 years of management experience, leading a team of installers or technicians
- Ability to oversee and complete multiple installs per day
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Reliable truck or van for transportation to job sites
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members
