Job Summary
Oversee 3 to 4 project managers and inspect all aspects of projects to determine scope of work. Communicate agreements between the company and customer, identifying alternative courses of action and negotiating plan terms as appropriate. Analyze legal requirements for licensing and permitting, recruit and manage crew members and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed to spec while adhering to safety regulations. Maintain high workmanship standards and develop relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients. Requires a valid driver's license, 5+ years of project management experience, and familiarity with roofing, siding, windows, and doors. Full-time, 8-hour Monday to Friday schedule with weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of Project Management Experience
- Overseeing PM's and sub contractors
- Familiar with working with roofing, siding, windows and doors for residential
- Professionalism with client facing experience
- Self-motivation and discipline
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful problem solving abilities
- Top notch customer service skills
- Weekends as needed
