Job Summary
Lead Installer responsible for installing and commissioning HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings. Includes interpreting construction drawings, schematics, and cut sheets; installing systems (Residential Furnace, Air Conditioner, Heat Pump, Commercial Rooftop); handling ductwork, condensate drains, venting, refrigerant piping, gas piping, insulation; line and low voltage wiring, controls, and programming; brazing, threading pipe, soldering, and welding. Requires safety awareness, ability to train installation assistants, customer-facing communication, and reporting to the HVAC Project Manager. Includes both Lead Installer and Install Helper roles with the same safety and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Driver’s License
- HVAC Experience
- HVAC Knowledge
- Customer Service
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years
