Job Summary
Lead Installer role responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing HVAC ducts and equipment in residential settings, mentoring HVAC Installer Helpers, and ensuring installations meet company specifications and high safety standards. Must perform paperwork accurately, coordinate with dispatch and installation teams, maintain truck cleanliness and inventory, and uphold professional appearance. Requires 3-5 years of Air Conditioning Installation experience, proficiency with split systems, package units, and heat pumps, ability to work independently, strong workmanship, and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Must have CFC Type I and II (or equivalent) and knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes. Pre-employment drug test is required. Position offers a sign-on bonus, competitive hourly wages ($27.00 - $35.00 per hour), benefits, and full-time, in-person work based in Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- CFC Certification – Type I and II
- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Codes
- Drug test (pre-employment)
- Clean criminal background
- Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving record
