Job Summary
Install Lead to supervise and perform custom cabinetry installations at California Closets. Responsibilities include inspecting job sites for adherence to company standards, using assessment tools to evaluate installers, training new hires, overseeing daily status updates, acting as a floater for coverage, and issuing on-site instructions to ensure safety and respect for client property. Requires a minimum of three years’ installer experience (California Closets or Senior Installer level), High School diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 pounds, full mobility for installation techniques, and some travel. In-person role based in Fort Myers, FL with potential overtime and a 40-hour workweek. Compensation is hourly ($22-$30) plus performance-based commission, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience as a California Closets Installer or Senior Installer level or comparable experience
- Must have demonstrated experience in both ability and quality for Custom Cabinetry Installations
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have full mobility to showcase installation and production techniques
- Some travel may be required
