Job Summary
Install Crew - Construction/Installations at SPATCO Energy Solutions involves working as part of a team on ground up construction projects to install piping, tanks and electrical/mechanical systems across fueling and charging station sites. The role requires travel to job sites (overnight travel may be required), operating heavy equipment to dig ditches and install equipment, and performing concrete, framing, pouring, finishing work. The team ensures safety procedures and proper housekeeping, with in-house training provided for install/construction positions and service technicians. Candidates should be prepared for outdoor work, collaboration with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and contractors, and possess strong communication skills and reliability. Prior experience in construction and familiarity with the petroleum industry are preferred, as are installer certifications and heavy equipment experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Construction experience a plus.
- Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity is preferred.
- Installer certifications in the product line are a plus.
- Heavy equipment operation experience is a plus.
- Reliable employee, detail oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift 75 –100 lbs.
- Ability to work outside during all types of weather.
- Ability to work with others to ensure deadlines are met.
