Job Summary
Sales Lead Coordinator for HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical services who serves as the key link between customers and the sales team. Responsible for managing inbound leads, scheduling appointments, qualifying prospects, coordinating with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical sales teams, tracking leads in the CRM, maintaining customer communication, setting up sold jobs from start to finish, pulling permits, creating purchase orders, and assisting with financing options. Requires strong communication and phone skills, organization, and CRM familiarity; Service Titan experience a plus; operates in a fast-paced home-services environment and supports growth within a collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service and sales coordination (home services experience preferred)
