Job Summary
Manage daily schedules for overnight and weekday HVAC and water heater installations, optimizing resources to meet forecasted customer demands. Finalize orders, reconcile cash balances, and handle escalations by managing queues and resolving customer complaints. Generate BRIO reports, create GERS orders, and input task information into applicable applications. Capture payment details, advise customers of appointment changes, and provide quotes. Reconcile GERS cash draws, file envelopes, and manually dispatch work as required. Achieve defined productivity measures and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 education
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively use W6, GERS, MS Office & Clarify software programs
- Ability to concurrently use various computer information packages in conjunction with telephone / wireless radio communication devices
- Ability to effectively resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of both customer and the company
- Capable of working well under pressure and understanding business processes
- Proven decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressure filled, team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Capable of doing financial analysis to rectify variances
