Job Summary
Perform scheduled installation and service of products at specified jobsites, following standard work methods and safe practices under the direction of the assigned Lead Installer. Remove and/or install products to the highest standard, ensuring daily completion and accurate reporting of the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report. Evaluate scheduled jobs to verify materials and tools availability, then complete install documents, obtain customer signatures for deliveries, and submit install recaps for review. Provide job completion notifications to dealers and maintain cleanliness of the assigned vehicle and job site. Requires a valid driver's license with a chauffer's endorsement, 1-3 years of trade-related experience, and ability to lift up to 200 pounds. Daily travel is required with occasional overnight trips, including frequent overtime during the 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years trade related experience
- Proficient with mechanical and measurement skills
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license, with chauffer's endorsement
- Clean motor vehicle report (MVR)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Able to understand and follow verbal and written detailed installation and service requests
- Able to accurately direct questions to the appropriate person
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skill with ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision

- Troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer, tablet, and smartphone/iPhone skills
- Working knowledge of required software
