Install Assistant

Assist the Lead Installer with kitchen cabinet refacing system installation, including setup, demolition, cleanup, and measuring materials. Support daily job tasks by loading/unloading the work truck and preparing spaces for install. Learn hands-on trade skills in carpentry and construction while helping keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked. Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions to develop proficiency with power tools and basic measuring instruments. Deliver high-level customer service to ensure a 5-star experience.
