Conduct daily instructional support for students under the supervision of certified teachers, focusing on academic progress and classroom management. Assist with lesson implementation, student behavior guidance, and individualized education plan coordination. Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student needs. This role supports Title I-E programs within the Marion County School District, providing essential assistance to ensure student success in a diverse educational environment.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen or otherwise legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position for which you are applying, with or without reasonable accommodations
