Job Summary
Inspire Leadership Development Program in Food & Beverage at Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, an 18-month immersive leadership journey designed to develop a first-time leader in luxury hospitality. The program offers cross-exposure across Restaurants, Banquets, and In-Room Dining, mentorship from Hotel Executive Committee, and participation in a real-world Business Impact Project with a global competition. Participants will build relationships with leadership, expand cross-functional skills, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences while developing leadership, strategy, and operational capabilities. Requirements include a post-secondary diploma/degree, 1 year of hospitality-related experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), familiarity with Opera Cloud, and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making. The compensation range is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree from a post-secondary institute
- 1-year cumulative experience in hospitality or related discipline (finance, reservations, or human resources)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and hotel systems such as Opera Cloud
- Excellent administrative, interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and resourceful with ability to interpret data and support operational decision-making
- Goal-oriented mindset: motivated to take on challenges, drive results, and make an impact
