Conduct vehicle damage inspections and perform technical analysis of auto claims, including verifying initial data, repair costs, and parts pricing using the SOMA system. Negotiate settlement values with repair shops, define technical denials or approvals based on contract coverage, and manage non-agreements or third-party settlements. Monitor task requests, provide technical support to analysis teams, and review processes to ensure alignment with operational guidelines. Track key performance metrics such as CMR, GMR, and CMT while maintaining service quality standards. Work four days in the central São Paulo region with one remote day.
