Request spare parts for preventive services, schedule special period maintenance, and manage both internal and outsourced projects including preventive, corrective, and construction works. Draft descriptive memoranda for third-party service contracts, conduct material surveys, and lead procurement processes for services and supplies. Organize corrective actions for performance indicator deviations using quality tools and issue reports to track demand and maintain maintenance standards.
