Job Summary
Conduct inspections and audits on manufacturing processes, including assembly, painting, and finished products, to identify causes of deviations. Control observed deviations by recording them in specific forms and escalating critical items to responsible areas for correction. Facilitate meetings with operators and managers, provide or request changes to processes and specifications, and participate in quality audits. Lead root cause analysis, establish quality standards, and train operators. Requires LID and Metrology courses, basic knowledge of ABNT, ISO, and NBR standards, and a high school diploma with a desired bachelor's degree. Shift runs Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 17:18.
