Inspectress

Inspectress oversees housekeeping operations by assisting with leading the Housekeeping Department, inspecting rooms and public areas, and coordinating with guest services. Responsibilities include assigning rooms for cleaning, releasing cleaned rooms to the front desk, inspecting and logging lost and found items, supervising and scheduling Room Attendants, Laundry staff and Public Area staff, and assisting with training new hires. Requires a high school diploma or related experience, and emphasizes organization, initiative, teamwork, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets is expected.
