Job Summary
As Inspector Team Leader in Bangkok, you will supervise and support the inspection team in Thailand, conduct unannounced inspections and on-site audits, and provide training and coaching to enhance team capability. You’ll maintain a strong on-site presence 4–5 times per week, propose and implement solutions to improve service standards, lead client investigations and corrective actions, and support business development by representing QIMA in customer meetings and launching inspection programs. You will oversee key client inspection programs, manage relationships with suppliers and factories, and optimize regional operational costs while leveraging a data-driven, analytical approach. Strong leadership, quality-control expertise, and effective stakeholder management are essential, along with proficiency in English and the ability to work across digital tools.
Required Qualifications
- Thai national based in Bangkok, with mature professional profile and strong leadership presence
- Minimum 8 years of experience in team management, preferably in inspection, quality control, or field operations
- Proven experience in field operations management, team supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Strong ability to manage operational challenges, drive discipline, and ensure inspection quality standards
- Experience working in fast-paced operational environments with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
