Inspector Team Leader

Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Bangkok inspector team, conducting unannounced inspections, on-site audits, and performance evaluations to ensure QIMA standards. Provide training and coaching, maintain a strong on-site presence (4–5 times weekly), drive KPI-based performance, lead client investigations and corrective actions, support business development through technical representation at meetings, oversee key client inspection programs, manage regional operational costs, and strengthen relationships with suppliers and factories. Requires Thai national based in Bangkok with 8+ years in team management, field operations or quality control, strong English proficiency, and proven leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Thai national based in Bangkok
- Minimum 8 years of experience in team management, preferably in inspection, quality control, or field operations
- Experience in field operations management, team supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Strong ability to manage operational challenges, drive discipline, and ensure inspection quality standards
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
