Job Summary
Inspect all assigned guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to housekeeping standards; train and monitor housekeepers on daily responsibilities and safety/security procedures; update management with progress and complete required forms/reports; report hazards and issues; supervise and assist as needed, with 8-hour shifts in Daytona Beach, FL; lead responsibilities include advising, counseling, training, and assisting a team of 5 to 25 employees; strong organizational, communication, and instructional skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Six months section housekeeper experience in hotel or related service industry
- Customer relation skills
