Job Summary
Inspect customer homes to determine pest prevention and termite protection services needed. Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers while building long-term, trusting relationships. Network and cold call to generate sales leads through telephone prospecting and appointment setting. Control expenses to make a profit and accurately complete all sales-related paperwork. This role involves growing the business within Massey Services' residential and commercial pest prevention operations across Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Oklahoma.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
Desired Qualifications
- Prior outside sales experience a plus
