Job Summary
Inspect customer homes to determine pest prevention, termite protection, and landscape services needed. Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers while building long-term, trusting relationships. Conduct networking and cold calling to generate sales leads, followed by telephone prospecting and appointment setting. Accurately and timely complete all sales-related paperwork. This role requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record, with prior outside sales experience a plus. No industry experience required, as a comprehensive paid training program is provided. Competitive compensation ranges from $55,000 to $65,000.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
