Job Summary
Inspector Packer on rotating 1st & 2nd shifts located in Forest City, NC. Responsible for inspecting and packaging all finished goods, identifying safety and quality concerns, and maintaining production data (scrap cause records, work order detail). Must detect visual and physical defects, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate a manual pallet jack. Requires ability to stand for long periods, multi-task in a fast-paced production setting, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Must be reliable with good initiative, and capable of working OT and weekends when needed. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset essential.
