Job Summary
Inspect finished products for defects, damages, or inconsistencies according to quality standards and pack them into boxes, cartons, or other packaging materials. Ensure products are properly labeled and prepared for shipment while maintaining production pace and following accuracy expectations. Report quality concerns, damaged materials, or equipment issues to supervisors and keep workstations clean, organized, and safe. Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and GMP guidelines, and assist with additional production or packaging duties as assigned. Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and moderate noise levels, requiring the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
- Must comply with all safety and attendance policies
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
