Job Summary
Inspector Packer on the 1st Shift conducts bag inspection duties, including flipping through bags to check for open ends, doubles, crooked folds, and other quality issues; maintains pallet counts and records; assists other inspectors and completes additional production tasks as needed. Requires basic math/reading/writing, ability to stand for 2–3 hours, bend/twist/kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, color perception, and manual dexterity; role is on-site at Rosemount, MN with full-time daytime hours (3am–3pm, Monday–Friday).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to bend, twist and kneel
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand continuously for 2 – 3 hours
- Ability to perceive colors
- Must have manual dexterity
