Job Summary
Inspector Packer responsible for visually inspecting manufactured parts for defects, packing inspected parts with proper labeling, trimming, and secure sealing of cartons; maintain a clean, organized workstation; communicate in English to report quality issues; and follow all PPE and safety protocols. Rotating 12-hour shifts (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next) with day and night options, starting at $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Located at Creo Group facility in Leominster, MA, with an emphasis on quality control, packing efficiency, and teamwork to ensure products leaving the facility meet established standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- Must possess basic mathematic skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written)
- Ability to understand and follow directions consistently and accurately
- Must be able to maintain a good attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Manual dexterity for packing and handling materials
